Real Snow - Bulk
Creative Leisure and its partners have been supplying "Real Snow" internationally for events, 365 days a year, for many years. "Real Snow" is naturally produced, quality snow, made by mixing water with air and chilling rapidly with liquid nitrogen to form snowflakes: "Real Snow" is not an ice derivative. It can be made anywhere in the world, on-site in large quantities or supplied in boxes. As with naturally produced snow, “Real Snow” will melt over time, but because it is produced at below minus 10°C it can last for many hours, according to local conditions.
We have worked with "Real Snow" for more than fifteen years, at events and exhibitions, ranging from one day to several months duration, both indoors and outdoors. Using our experience we are able to advise clients on how their requirements can be met. We can offer a complete design, build and project management service, working with the client to ensure options fit the budget.

Real Snow – Boxed
This is ideal for corporate events, product promotions or a series of ‘one off’ events such as the “Smirnoff Ice” promotional programme with the delivery of over 2000 boxes –nationwide between June and September 2006. The service is currently available for quantities of 100 boxes upwards (in multiples of 50) ideal for the corporate, events, marketing and PR markets.
Each polystyrene box holds 0.04 Cu metres of un-compacted snow at production; which is equivalent to approximately 40 /50 snowballs (excluding recycling-see safety comment) *
* Safety comment - when offering snowballing between individuals we advise you do not re-cycle snow.
As a guide the average area covered by the following quantity of boxes is as follows:
» 1 box = 04cum = 40 – 50 snowballs
» 100 boxes = 15m² approx @ 100cm depth
» 200 boxes = 30m² approx @ 100cm depth
» 300 boxes = 45m² approx @ 100cm depth
» 400 boxes = 60m² approx @ 100cm depth
